What payment methods can I use?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

I would like to cancel my order. What do I do?

You need give us a call or send us an email and we will cancel your order (as long as it hasn’t already shipped).

My furniture arrived damaged. What do I do?

* If you observe damage to the box at the time of delivery, make a quick note on the delivery ticket; the note can be as simple as “carton damaged”.
* If you observe damage to the product, add a note to the delivery ticket. If the damage is too significant for you to keep the item, reject only the damaged item in its original
carton, and keep all other items.
* Send several photos of the damaged carton and/or product to your retailer (or to ………………………………., if purchased direct).
* Hold tight. Your retailer will respond to your phone call or email ASAP and will work with you to determine a solution that best meets your needs.

How do I know my furniture order has been shipped?

Once it is on the truck and headed your way, you will receive an email from us with the name of the shipping company, their phone number and the order tracking number.

What types of web browsers does your website support?

We support Internet Explorer 10+ and the current releases of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Safari (Desktop and Mobile). To view all the features on our site, you
must accept cookies, enable JavaScript and have Adobe Flash Player 9 ou hier. While we do have limited support for older browsers, we strongly encourage you to upgrade
your web browser to the latest supports version.
